Our approach blends the philosophical with the practical. We validate the beauty and challenge of organizational life, while we guide our clients in co-creating the conditions in which they --- and those around them---can thrive. We value the preservation of dignity even in the face of life's hardships, through the cultivation, restoration, and maintenance of positive identities while building more equitable systems at work.
